We are currently searching for:
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Fluency in French, Italian and German and knowledge of FOREX market can be considered as an advantage but are not required.
The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated person with an analytical mindset and at the same time can communicate difficult things clearly using the KISS principle (Keep it simple, stupid!). Our applicant of choice must have proven experience in providing research, financial modeling and forming daily reports not only for back office colleagues and bosses, but for PR purposes, too.
