A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Fluency in French, Italian and German and knowledge of FOREX market can be considered as an advantage but are not required.

The financial services sector is heavily reliant on IT services to implement automated transactions. Our new candidate will understand this implicitly and will work on cutting-edge projects from the outset to further our client’s goals.
